Sharla considers herself a "Research Nerd & Empathy Evangelist." Fueled by fervent curiosity and a passion for customer advocacy. Sharla use mixed methods to uncover deep insights into consumer attitudes and actions. She especially loves finding ways to bring observation and conversations into the mix - qualitative research is her superpower. 

Sharla also dabbles in comedy, performing improv and stand up.
