If the scope of your role and responsibilities has grown in the last two years as your team, department or company made shifts to maximize efficiency and preserve revenue, you’re not alone! Making decisions in your day-to-day role should be done with an insights-led approach, but that approach doesn’t need to be overbearing or time-intensive. In this workshop, we uncover opportunities to leverage tests designed for driving impact and actionable insights quickly and easily. The best part? You’ll learn alongside your peers from similar companies and work with trained research coaches to craft your approach to building an agile research instrument. Our senior research coaches will provide helpful tips and tricks for leveraging platforms across specific use cases, getting the most out of your test design, analyzing the data quickly, and getting buy-in across your organization. You’ll leave with a playbook of use cases that support actionable, quality research across a variety of disciplines around the business.

After this workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Guide cross-functional colleagues on how to use UserTesting as an “answer engine” to support mixed-methods research.
  • Spot untapped research opportunities that go beyond design research and expand across different departments.
  • Anchor research activities to broader use cases across the enterprise, thus moving away from episodic and optional research.
  • Create buy-in from C-suite executives by connecting initiatives to outcomes.

**Note: laptops or other electronic devices are not required to participate in this workshop. If you choose to use an electronic device for note taking etc., please come prepared with a fully charged device. Charging stations are limited in this room and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
