Ruchi Solanki is a UX Researcher with 10+ years’ experience in primary and secondary research and data analytics. She has conducted and directed numerous studies using mixed methodologies of both quantitative and qualitative research by gathering data, conducting in-depth interviews, developing personas, building roadmaps for future research content, and designing and collecting surveys/questionnaires. Ruchi is an industry and subject matter expert in understanding and forecasting user trends. She works with cross-functional teams and present information and data to internal stakeholders, at conferences and summits.
